Laura Truex
CEO/Clinical Director, BCBA
Laura Truex is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, and has been working with children and adults for over 15 years. Laura's area of specialization includes ABA treatment for Autism Spectrum Disorder, with the expertise in the development of comprehensive skill repertoires (including communication) and behavior management, and particular interest in the use of behavioral therapies to increase play skills, social behavior, and perspective taking. Following her Master's degree, Laura designs and oversees individualized treatment programs and provides parent support and education to support her young children's learning.
Rachel Mokler
Clinical Director
Rachel Mokler is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst who specializes in working with children and adults diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder, ADHD, and other developmental and intellectual disabilities. Rachel has extensive experience in Applied Behavior Analysis in home, school, clinic, and telehealth settings, including direct treatment, supervision of therapists, and parent training services. Therapy includes behavior management and skills acquisition in socially significant areas such as daily living skills, coping and emotional regulation, social skills, and communication. Rachel's passion includes supporting children, adults, and their families seeing growth in areas that improve their wellbeing and overall outcome of life.
Brittany Lujan

Brittany Lujan is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with extensive experience supporting children, families, and educators across school and home settings. Since 2015, she has been passionate about helping children and families thrive. She has experience creating positive learning environments, personalized behavior plans, supporting skill development, and working closely with parents, teachers, and schools to build positive outcomes. Brittany’s approachable style and focus on practical, evidence-based strategies make her a supportive partner for families every step of the way.
Adrienne Tran

Dedicated professional working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis for over 11 years, supporting children and young adults ages 2-21. Skilled in creating behavior intervention plans, promoting skill development, and collaborating with families. Strong ability to build rapport with clients, encourage independence, and track progress toward measurable goals. What motivates me the most is seeing the small steps add up to big successes in the lives of the clients I support.
Mia Okamoto

Mia Okamoto is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) who applies the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to assess and improve socially significant behaviors. She has been in the field for 13 years serving in various settings including schools, clinics, homes and community programs. Mia is passionate about human behavior and has experience conducting behavioral assessments, designing and overseeing individualized treatment plans, training and supervising therapists or Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and working closely with families to ensure consistent support across environments.
Aviss Pinkney
Mid-Tier Supervisor
Aviss began her ABA career in 1992 under the supervision of John McEachin. When Dr. McEachin and Dr. Ron Leaf founded Autism Partnership in 1994, she joined as their first behavioral therapist, providing direct line services, training and supervision, as well as international consultation. After relocating to New York, she worked briefly with Theracare before taking time off to raise her four children. Returning to the field, she rejoined Autism Partnership and later moved to Autism Collaborative Group and then to ABA Works before joining Jumpstart ABA. Her expertise includes supervision, staff training, clinic management/administration and program development. Her specialty is curriculum development and design. With a Master’s degree in hand, she initially explored applying ABA to sports but for now has decided to continue her work in Autism services.
Julie Magbag
Mid-Tier Supervisor
Julie Magbag has been working with children and adolescents with special needs for over 9 years. Julie has a Bachelor's degree in Psychology. She has worked as a 1:1 in home therapist and has hands on experience working with children on the autism spectrum and other developmental disabilities. She also has experience working in a moderate to severe special education classroom for 3 years. Julie is one of our assistant supervisors and brings her experience and compassion to her sessions with caregivers and clients
Esther Sotelo
Mid-Tier Supervisor
I have been working in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) since 2014, with a focus on supporting children and adolescents in both home and school settings. Over the years, I have gained extensive experience as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), delivering individualized, evidence-based interventions. I hold a Master’s degree in ABA and am currently working toward obtaining my Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
